Shipping policy

GENERAL PROCESSING TIMES

  • All non-express orders received prior to 2PM ET (12 PM ET on Fridays) will be shipped the same business day. Any orders received after 2PM ET (12 PM ET on Fridays) will be shipped the following business day.
  • All express orders received prior to 3PM ET (1 PM ET on Fridays) will be shipped the same business day. Any express orders received after 3PM ET (1 PM ET on Fridays) will be shipped the following business day.
  • Important note: There are rare circumstances where the carrier does not pick up as scheduled. This can delay the shipment by one business day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping for mail up to 12 OZ is free. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Oskorp Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@oskorp.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
